2001-02 Player Agreement

Houston Volleyball Academy is an organization committed to the development of Houston youth through the sport of indoor volleyball. In order to achieve and maintain our ethical and performance standards we must expect each member player to play a role. While those roles will differ on the court from one player to the next, there are foundational standards that we demand of all players.

We expect that our players will follow the direction of all coaching staff during practices, matches, and while on tournament travel. We further require that the player familiarize himself with our policies on punctuality and attendance as well as personal behavior. All of this information can be found at all times on our website at www.evolleyball.org. Further, the Houston Volleyball Academy has a ZERO TOLERANCE for any illegal use of alcohol or drugs including performance-enhancing substances.

Lastly, Houston Volleyball Academy reserves the right to excuse any player from further participation at any point during the season. Note that a refund will not always be granted and the player may still be responsible for the remainder of their fees . Please see our refund policy.
