Many of the tournaments are in Houston this year. For those tourneys, players are required to be at the playing venue 1 hour before tourney start. They are expected to either carpool or get there on their own.

However, the out of town tourneys require that we drive out the Friday evening before the Saturday morning tourney. 9th - 12th grade players ONLY:  These players will be travelling in our team vans or buses and are required to stay at the hotel with their teammates. Coaches will assign players to their rooms with other players from their teams. Coaches will have their own rooms near the players rooms. Parents are allowed to stay at the same hotel in our block if they wish. For hotel information (click here-hotel info). 14 & Under Players ONLY:  Our 14s players will be travelling with the team in our team van. However, they will be staying in HOTEL ROOMS with their parents or with a family their parents have made arrangements with. All players MUST STAY in the designated team hotel where the coaches will be staying. Players are required to attend the team dinner and team meeting that Friday evening. They will be released to the parents rooms shortly after the team meeting with an agreed to lights out time. Parents must make arrangements at the hotel on their own.  We will reserve a block of rooms and make that information available on our website.  For hotel information (click here-hotel info).
