HVA accepts new players throughout the season. In order to register with us, its important that you contact the club at the phone number ain the upper left corner of this page. Next simply follow the instructions below. 

FEES

All forms and agreements must be completed in order for a player to be registered. A registration fee of $250 should be mailed with the completed forms.  Make all checks payable to "HVA".  For those parents wishing to pay by credit card for part or all of the regular season fees, you will need to do so online at this website --click here for CREDIT CARDS.

3. Zero Tolerance Parent/Player Agreement

4. Sports Parenting Agreement

5. Player Information Sheet
   
6. Hold Harmless Agreement   Must be Notarized
   
7. Financial Agreement
   
8. Copy of the Player's Birth Certificate.
