18 & Under  team practices are 6:30p-9:00p ***
17 & Under  team practices are 6:30p-9:00p ***
16 & Under  team practices are 6:30p-9:00p ***

14 & Under  team practices are 6:30p-8:30p ***

*** Players must arrive at the practice facility by 6:15pm in order be warmed-up and stretch by the time that the 630p practice begins. Players must also arrive at the gym DRESSED in their playing clothes and equipment (shoes/active ankles/knee pads etc..)

 

Any Sunday's or Wednesday's that we DO NOT have practice will be noted on the Events Calendar.
