Houston Volleyball Academy
executes its program of practices, tournaments, travel, and
uniform purchases in accordance with the budget decided at the
beginning of the season. That budget assumes a specific amount
of players on a team or in the club to share the expenses. It
also cannot prevent unforeseen changes in the economy, which may
require slight alterations to that budget throughout the course
of the season. This very rarely ever occurs, but the possibility
is there.
A fee schedule has been set to accommodate the expenses the
players will incur this season. Note that the Houston Volleyball
Academy in-state expenses are covered by the fee schedule provided
and spans from Nov. through July. Note, All participation in OUT OF
STATE tourneys are NOT included below. While some
costs, like uniforms and equipment may not add any expense,
there will be some additional costs associated with those
tournaments stemming from travel and lodging as well as tourney
fees.

Please note that the
above installments do not cover the expenses for THAT MONTH.
Instead, like a car payment, the total cost of the season per
player is equally divided amongst the 9 installments. Sometimes
a player may have a conflict one month limiting their
participation. However, full payment of that month's installment
is still due as its a share of the overall team's expenses.
These fees are due on the dates above. A payment is considered
late if it is not successfully deposited into the Academy’s
account on or by the 5th of each month.
