HVA operates under the local governing region of USA Volleyball. As such, all players and staff must register each season with the Lone Star USAV Region and let them know that you will be participating with our club. In order to accomplish this  follow the instructions below:

	I have previously registered online as a member of the Lone Star Region  and want to register for the 2009-10 season. For instructions click HERE  (PDF file 1.1M)
	I am a new member, joining USAV for the first time this year.   For instructions on Junior Registration click HERE  (PDF file 1.1M) For instructions on Adult Registration click HERE  (PDF file 1.7M) [A Junior player is one who is 18 or younger or 19 and still in HS; an adult player is over 18]
If you have registered, but forgot your password, click HERE. (you only get three tries) If you are unsuccessful after two tries, please contact Karen Tarmon at 210.599.4743,  Will Vick or Dick Kappel for assistance.

Instructions for Step 1:

1. Based on the prompt:
   1. Select “new member” if you did not play for any club last season. 
   2. Select “previously registered online” if you played last season.
2. Completely fill out the online membership form and select “Continue.”
3. In the Club Drop Down Menu you MUST SELECT “HOUSTON VOLLEYBALL ACADEMY" (or HVA), then enter your Parent’s Name and Email Address then select “Submit.”
4. Confirm that all of your information is correct then Click the “I agree” button and then confirm. (Note: it is very important to check and make sure that you have selected “HOUSTON VOLLEYBALL ACADEMY" (or HVA) as the club. If you put another club then they will have to release the player and then you will have to register again).
5. Please sign the waiver/code of conduct form, but DO NOT PRINT IT.
   1. An electronic signature (Parents Drivers Licenses) will have to be entered.  By doing such you have agreed that the electronic signature is yours and agree to the terms of the agreement. 
6. Please print the USAV medical waiver and mail that to: HVA, 14622 Underwood Creek Way, Houston, TX 77062. 
7. The USAV registration fee is $35, and is included in your registration fees with the club. The club will then send the Region one check to cover all of the players and coaches. Do NOT send a check in to the region or HVA.

• Print and sign the HVA Schedule Commitment
  Then mail that to: HVA, 14622 Underwood Creek Way, Houston, TX 77062.(or bring to practice)
• Print, sign the USAV Youth Medical Form .
  Then mail that to: HVA, 14622 Underwood Creek Way, Houston, TX 77062.(or bring to practice)
• Print, sign and NOTARIZE the HVA Hold Harmless Agreement .
  Then mail that to: HVA, 14622 Underwood Creek Way, Houston, TX 77062.(or bring to practice)
• If you're playing with HVA for the FIRST TIME: Make a COPY of your birth certificate, and
  Then mail that to: HVA, 14622 Underwood Creek Way, Houston, TX 77062.(or bring to practice)

• One time registration fee which pays for the purchase of the player's uniform and practice tees, USAV $30 registration fee, etc...
• Monthly player fees cover the regular costs of the team such as gym rental, coaches pay, and Loca/Texas tourney registration fees. These fees are paid on the first of the month and late by the 5th (Nov - Jul)
• Out of State Tourney fees are paid only by the players attending that tournament. These GROUND FEES cover the cost of the tourney entry, hotel, ground transportation, and coaches airfare. In addition, a team flight will be selected and emailed out. Players are expected to purchase their ticket on that flight and email the director their confirmation number.
• All fees are to be paid online at the HVA website under the "Fees" Link. The amounts of the fees are listed there. Additionally, our fees policy can be found here.

To COMPLETE your registration, simply go to the fees link and submit your one time registration fee.
