Registration
HVA
accepts new players throughout the season. In order to register
with us, its important that you contact the club. For contact
information, click the "Contact us" link from the
homepage. Next simply follow the instructions below. Registration
is as easy as 1,2,3,4....

2 of 4: FORMS

Print
the following 3 forms
and fill out according to the included directions:

(1 form)
Hold
Harmless Agreement Must
be Notarized and
provided to HVA (Your bank will do this for free for you!)

(2 forms)
ONLINE USA Volleyball registration.
(Starting this year you will be registering directly
with USA Volleyball online. You must identify HVA as your club of choice from a list
and then print and sign the two forms at the end. All of
the instructions are there as well as a phone number to
contact if you run into any problems. You will need to
mail the 2 forms to the address below.

3 of 4: BIRTH
CERTIFICATE COPY

of the Player's Birth Certificate.

All forms and agreements must be completed in order for a player
to be registered. The (3) completed forms should be mailed to
the address above or brought to the parents meeting.
STEP
4 of 4: FEES
The fees for the
program include a
registration fee,
which pays for your registration in the region as well as your
uniforms, followed by
monthly installment fees
due on the first of each month (The first monthly payment is on
Nov. 1st. See the Fees policy link below for the payment
