START TIMES: The Captain's meeting will be held at 800 sharp and the matches will begin promptly at 815am. All new players and paperwork with the region must be completed BEFORE the 800 captains meeting. Make sure to show up by 730am. The locations and pools are below.

Playoffs:

Women's BB playoffs will take the top two from each pool for a semifinal and a final. The womens semifinals will be officiated by the team who lost the last set on that court.
Men's BB playoffs will take the top two Mens BB teams from each court setting up 2 Semifinal matches and a BB Final all to played on court #1 successively in a 2 of 3 format. The team losing the previous match on court #1 will officiate the next match.
Men's B playoffs will take the 3 B teams and use their overall records to determine playoff seeds of 1,2 and 3. All B playoffs to be played on Court #2. Then the #2 and #3 seed will play a 1 game semifinal (25 points, switch at 13) and the #1 seed will officiate. The winner will play the #1 seed while the losing team will officiate the B Final to be played in a standard 2 of 3 format.

Awards:

The first and second place teams in the Women's division will receive 8 T-shirts displaying whether they were Champion or Finalist.
The first place Mens BB team and the First place Mens B team will receive 8 T-shirts each with Champion displayed.

Playing Schedule: The following order of play will occur starting sharply at 815am. Each match will start as soon as the previous match is completed giving 5 minutes for warm-ups.

Playing Venues: The tournament will be played at the locations below. For travel planning, you will be safe in finding a hotel in Clear Lake near I-45. There are plenty on Bay Area Blvd. At worst you'll be about 15 minutes from your venue. This is the FINAL Location.
